Interesting, if that's the case, a lightly optioned ZR2 will be close to an AT4 but far superior at least from a suspension standpoint as I understand you have to get into an AT4X to get DSSV.

Red seatbelts for $50? Count me in. Interesting since there are 5 belts in the Colorado, but for red belts in the Camaro which only has 4 its a $195 option.

I'm going to the dealer to look into ordering tomorrow.

Envoy needs $2k+ in work. Not worth it.

Costco Auto has pricing for the 2023 GMC Canyon listed. A full fitted AT4 is $51K. The AT4X was $57K. The Edition 1 package for the ATX4 is $9295 taking the AT4X up to $66K.

It took my dealer until last week to get an allocation (allegedly) and I just hit 2000 today.

The Chevrolet Virtual Assistant is actually the only virtual assistant I have ever found helpful. It lets me put in the order code and while it doesnt return the actual status code, it does explain the status. Up until today it said "Your order has been submitted by your dealer but has not officially been accepted by GM at this time." but now it says "Your vehicle order has been accepted by General Motors and is moving toward the production process.". Beats bothering the dealer on a weekly basis.

How'd going to the dealer go? End up getting what you mentioned a few pages back was your preferential build?

Dealer #1 was clueless. Dealer #2 was a little better but still clueless.

Stopped by one on the way home tonight and think they might be the winner. Will do employee pricing and any available discounts and actually already had a whole fleet of WTs, 3 Trail Bosses, 1 LT and 1 Z71 at 3000 order code already.

GM Friends and Family Build & Price has Canyon now - with images. That Solar Flare Metallic is the brighter yellow we saw at the Texas State Fair. Interesting they stole the name from the previous orange color.

Good to hear! Interesting they are stocking so many of the lower trims. Most I ever see around are the Z71s.

.
Yeah...that was my first disappointment. I thought it would be strange to offer a metallic orange on Canyon but not on the Colorado but I was hopeful. It was not to be. lol

They're a massive Chevrolet dealer and I think they supply a lot of commercial fleets in the area.

In any case now that Canyon's build and price is out I'm back to debating between the two trucks.

Are embargoes on accessories for new models a thing? Or are developers simply not able to R&d until formal production start?

This guy got a TPW of 2/20 after having their order accepted on 12/20. Makes me wonder if my Z71 order accepted on 12/19 would have a similar TPW ballpark. Granted since theirs was a Denali, and I expect that GM would push out their Denalis first, it may not be indicative of anything, but here's hoping.

The blue one with the black hood insert looks nice. Unfortunately too small for my needs.

I double checked with the Chevy chat folks and they said I still dont have a TPW. Maybe Denalis are going first.
