Painting Rear LT1 Calipers or Not?
I just picked up a new 2022 Camaro LT1. I have the red Brembos on the front but the standard gray brakes on the rear. I am thinking of painting the rear calipers red but at the same time they are just the standard calipers and not the Brembos, so I am still going back and forth. What are the rest of you LT1 owners doing? I know about the rear Brembos not fitting, so I know that is not an option. If you have painted yours, please post a photo, I can't really find LT1 photos with the rear calipers painted. Thanks.

Paint them white to match the car. That color contrast with the black rims will look cool IMO and be unique.

I agree to do front and back in white - or leave it as is.

I left mine alone, doesn't bother me one bit. Not interested in cloning an SS or ZL1 either. The more it looks like a 4 banger, the better. Mine is even getting a blow off valve soon so I can disguise it as a turbo 4

I wouldn't. They'll probably just end up looking bad in the long-run, and painted floating calipers are kinda like putting caliper covers on...just more effort lol

I dunno, might be because part of the rears are covered by the wheel, but if they're not and actually are smaller than the front, just looks a little weird to me. But, I'm sure everyone has a different opinion.

Paint them now while the car is new. They are not coated and will eventually get all corroded and crappy looking. Do the caliper and the bracket.
