BMR upper control arms question

I purchased a set of rear upper control arms from another member about a year ago and never got a round to installing. My question is, is the upper control arms the same as the lower trailing arms? they look to be the same on the site. can anyone confirm? read a couple threads where Lower trailing arms are one of the 1st upgrades to help with wheel hop. maybe a bmr rep can help me out

The non adjustable lower trailing arms are .375" longer than the upper control arms, so they will not interchange. Let me know if you need any further info.
