Here are some pictures of the box. These pictures were taken by Jon Bond Performance, at their facility, on 1 November according to the metadata.

To me, that box doesn't look that bad. Either way, I packed it, and I shipped it with insurance.

Their inaction left me without any recourse for compensation. That is where they are at fault.

did they email you jpegs? check the dates when the photos where taken....most people don't turn the settings off.

do u have a plan b in the meantime?

Yes, they emailed me their photos, and they are all date stamped November 1st & 2nd.

As for a plan B.....there isn't one. Guess if I lose in Court, I'll just have to eat it.

Quick update...my experience with JBP was quite different and I just got my rebuilt Whipple back today. It took longer than I expected but I wasn't in a rush and didn't pay for expedited service. It'll be at least a couple of weeks before everything goes back together and I'll post another update.

Glad that your experience was different!! I honestly wish that JBP would have chosen a different response than what they did.

I'm sure they do quality work....it's their Customer Service that needs some work.
