3. ACDC1710 - Still sitting in Toronto

I've already did all my paperwork at Dealership and Bank. The Dealership got an ETA of 11/17 on my Car in SC. Hope it comes sooner than that but would be happy to have before Thanksgiving.

Hey SirZoltan--just traced your car# on both systems---looks like you should start tracing using UP (Union Pacific 1.800.255.4915) the trace said the final destination is City of Industry California ETA 11/11. NM is on the way b/c ours went the same route and it was in NM yesterday all day with our ETA to California 11/7 so looks like you could have an ETA to NM 11/9? The ETA changes slightly from time to time but I think that should be a good idea of what you're looking at--hope this helps

I just have to fill out application at Insurance agency and I'm totally done. They already have VIN and everything just not paying insurance on a Car that hasn't arrived yet. Insurance quote is less than what I pay on my 2002 Trans AM too.

Mine was in Proviso Illinois yesterday and at Blue island Illinois for the previous day. It looks like things might move a little faster after Chicago. I called this morning and my rail car had already left Belle Plain Iowa @ 7:00 AM which is the biggest jump I have seen yet. It has taken 1 week as of today to get where it is.

Constructively placed means it's at the unloading facility. Mine was unloaded last night in Kirby Texas. Sales rep called this morning and after she talked to them, they said as soon as they get a truck load they'll bring it up to Austin. Probably (most likely) tomorrow, Saturday, maybe (little chance) tonight, and worst case scenario would be Monday. Monday is supposedly a guaranteed latest date as they are supposed to deliver within 48 hours of notifying the dealer that the car is on the ground. My exhaust system is there waiting to be installed, they will hold the take off system. They WILL NOT in stall the front plate holder. Got that in writing signed by the sales rep, the sales manager, and the service manager. They also talked to the two guys that prep the camaros and they understand. It is to be put in the trunk and I will deal with it.
