Dude I hate the holley intake, I am just biding my time until I can upgrade to something better. If Holley hadn't ****ed up and drop shipped me two intakes so that I essentially got it for free I would not be using this damn intake.

FINAL UPDATE:

Took the holley sniper off. Observed that the holley rails cause the LS injectors to sit sideways in the seal chamber at about a 5° angle. My friend made a point that this could be a vacuum leak and a possible cause of the loss of boost.

Went from a 1/4 OD to 3/8 OD procharger BPV line. I couldn't move any air though the 1/4 line with my mouth. So I decided to cut up the 1/4 line. A balled up piece of dried threadlocker was stuck in the line. When I pulled the fitting off the first time some must have scraped off. A little piece of locker/potential bad holley injector seating on the sniper intake. Brilliant

Between the bullshit vacuum lines not having clearance, the bad injector clearances (took me 30 minutes and a shit ton of red grease to seat the injectors vs 2-3 on the stock intake), pain in the ass mounting bolt positions and bad vacuum/map port spots on the holley sniper low pro - I can say I've never been so glad to see a stock intake on my car before

OK have you done the boost test I recommended?

JANETTYRACING. Kind of. I sprayed carb cleaner around all of the charge piping and IC. Nothing. I tested the output air of the charger from the outlet and then from the intake. The issue is probably fixed. I'm guessing the BOV was actually opening at WOT, or the sniper intake had a vacuum leak.

Sorry that is not a boost test and you need to perform one even now to eliminate any potential problems.

We do it on every car we build, you would be very surprised to see all the discoveries we make when doing this.

Ted.

Ted, the problem was in the vacuum to the BOV. It's now making the boost it should with the new intake and BOV line.
