Challenger has more problems than you think

If anyone thinks their Camaro doesn't meet their expectations you only need to read this article to see there are some even worse. Every car manufacture has had their problems at one time or another but, you would think the Challenger that has basically remained the same thruout it's manufacture would have resolved most problems. That's simply not the case, read on.

Kinda a generic written article. You can do this for any car even the Camaro. (Valve failure, not starting from heat soak, etc).. the article also covers just random issues all the way back to 2012.

And here my 17 Hellcat has never had any of these issues or any issues at all. My 13 Grand Cherokee Overland with 5.7 had no issues...well the AC line had a small leak but it was covered under warranty. My 21 Ram 1500 has no problems either but it's new (just got it back in September) and I might be trading it in for a TRX later this year.

You can't believe everything you read these days. 95% of these articles are either lies and are made up or are highly exaggerated BS. They're designed to get people to click on them and see the advertisements which is how the writers and publishers get paid. So they have to embellish so it'll draw attention. They're worse than YTers and bloggers who post stupid crap like "here's why the Camaro is the worst car ever" or "18 reasons why I hate my new Mustang" or "Bought a new C8 and it almost killed me"...SMH.

What! You mean they're not!

Journalism and statistics - it's easy to create any story you want to tell.

I don't like boxy Challengers either.

Indeed this isn't even an article, it's sheer clickbait.

So sad to see our culture drowning in this and similar crap, because once trust erodes to the point of nobody actually being able to believe anything posted in public, communication practically ceases and society falls apart. It's truer every day, unfortunately.

The acceptance of lies as "okay, this is just x" or "as long as we know it's y, no problem" started with advertising, sales and politics, continued into traditional and online media, now it's banging on the door of everyday life. The fact that such tripe articles and fake youtube channels are a viable means of living should scare us all, and I'm not saying this because sour grapes.

On a lighter note, we're slowly homing in on March and boost weather with 60-70 degrees is coming

I posted this article for the exact reason you state. Yes, it's clickbait and we are seeing more of this on this site. It seems some on this site make it a point to stir the pot so to speak. I know there will be more like it and it's up to each of us to distinguish the truth from the BS.

It's really an ad for Mustanks.

"Better handling and speed can be found in the Mustang and at a comparable price."

I've owned 2 Challenger R/T's, 2015 and 2018 loved both with zero issues. Didn't own them very long but still enjoyed the rawness of the big fat bloated tick that it is. Sounded great and lots of torque. Also 2 Ram 1500's with 5.7 liter engine no issues as well but having said that I've know people that had issues. Sometimes its just the luck of the draw when you purchase a vehicle. Had a 2017 Cadillac worst piece of crap I ever owned. Only had 16000 miles on it when I traded it in. Thank god all repairs where under warranty. I do love my Camaro though, fun loud and handles quite well for not being an SS trim(compared to the Challenger).
