In fact I’ve resolved to never again buy a GM product once they go 100% EV.
They may not go 100% EV. As people become educated about the true greenhouse cost and environmental impact from the massive lithium mining that would be required to support electric vehicles en masse, car manufacturers may be faced with a dilemma.

The EPA paints a rosy picture for EV on their website but the reality is much darker. As I stated in another thread, EV works fine right now for the small number of electric cars on the road.

I like the way it looks and need to drive an EV to see how they "feel". I don't see one replacing the Camaro but maybe my van if it makes sense.
I also liked the way she said cockpit.

I don't see GM making a new coupe. Hopefully they won't drop the Camaro or 'Vette but they are too much into trucks and SUVs to focus anything fun like a coupe.

No offense, but I swear if you weren't retired, I'd think you are doing some guerrilla marketing campaign here for EV cars.
Granted it was shown in China and granted the other show car was the Electra (an SUV) they elected to do a coupe. Show car or not, and seriously although I don’t particularly like it myself, it’s not a turd. You anti EV guys have got to take a step back. Jeeze.

GM could have picked another SUV or a sedan but this shows they are at least thinking about a coupe. Which is hope. May not be a Camaro but shows GM may do a coupe and if they do a coupe ther e WILL be a high performance version just as they’ve already announced a BlazEr SS.

And I’m only retired from GM. Not yet retired but getting very close. And a Camaro convertible for Florida is enticing. Selling my LaCrosse this morning as I got a company car. So when I do retire transportation will be necessary.

It's just a concept and probably never get in production, but it really gives some keys for future EV Camaro or Chevelle.

The shape in Windcat EV looks like 2nd Gen Camaro.

Posts like this make chuckle. GM has some of, if not the best ride and handling engineers in the world. Yet somehow, because it’s an EV it will drive poorly. The gang that made the Camaro drive as great as it does can’t make an EV do the same? Yes, yes they can.

Perhaps Buick/Shanghai/GM Motors will have Party approved EV Buicks that they can use in a Victory parade to celebrate the future conquest and enslavement of Taiwan. The Chinese love Buicks. Hopefully gm will come through and not disappoint.

The Aroma therapy and Zen modes offered in the concept model should help to mask the stench.

From what I understand, the Wildcat was styled in the US, which likely is the reason for the small greenhouse. A leftover from the Welbourn (sic) days. He was in LOVE with the slammed roof high belt look with big wheels.

Chevelle? Those old enough to revere that name are not going to buy the current iteration of it.

that car holds no bearing for camaros either.
