I still think what we thought of as "Industry" really just means the final destination for the freight. Why else would those of you with SoCal destinations have gone a completely different route than my train went? Mine went from being in Roseville on Thursday evening to arrival at "industry" at three in the morning Friday - much earlier than it could have possibly made it to Industry, CA. I couldn't understand why it was saying unloaded at what sounded like Benecia - but now I realize that it must be true...which only gives me more hope about a delivery tomorrow!

Yeah, I have no idea on the Industry thing.

I just hope the flippin train starts moving soon. Its making me anxious that its just sitting there. I realize -they- know what they are doing, but its delaying MY car. haha!!

ya, this is just kinda irritating, cuz i could buy some crap from bestbuy, and it would be tracked better.... I am kinda glad that i dont have to pay all those taxes cuz i bought in Montana. But its probably taking longer to get it out here. Then I bet the dealers are going to take their sweet ass time getting the car to the dealer... Then honestly... if the dealer jacked the price up... I would still pay...cuz I have way too much time invested

Bee--there is a huge distribution center in Benecia's industrial park (MY home town)--we would always get in thousands of cars for the entire bay area there---most imports though coming in by boat (ships)--there are train yards out there too so good luck hope you get the rig soon!!

apparently my train has been circling around chicago area for the last week or something. Finally it says its been picked up by Union Pacific and its in Proviso, IL.... And yes... Thats in the chicago area...still. But any movement is better than no movement. And this certainly beats 'waiting' for the 'dealer' to call and tell u whats going on

btw, are you people paying for your camaro 100% before it arrives?... I only made a deposit of 1,000.00 when I ordered, and I dont plan on paying any more until I drive it off the lot. Am I stupid or something?

Just got an update from Camaro Tracking. It says my car has been delivered

I will be driving by the dealer before going to work just to make sure

Hopefully I get it today

Yeah mine seems to be going nowhere in Illinois down the state then up again.
Just wish it would hit the main line to Texas.
I am still thinking Thanksgiving week.
