Pheonix gold amp power issue

Hi guys I tried to search all over but couldn't find solution for this. I have a pioneer x930bt, the scosche gm5201b and the pheonix gold amp/sub kit. Everything sounds fine but when I move the power seat, the amp seems to cut off the power. I checked all the harness and wire it seems to be correct. Any clue?

Could you post the wattage specs for your amp? I don't wanna look all that stuff up on my phone. I also don't see any reason this should go unresolved.

I don't know what the stock alternator is capable of, but 90 amps is 1080 watts at 12V. If you're flirting with that edge you could have a voltage sag when you run the electric motor for the seat.

Nah. Something isn't right. You aren't pulling that much power. You have a defect somewhere. I need more information.

There is a known issue with that, i had the same problem and went back to where i had it installed and they contacted Phoenix Gold and there is a wire that has to be cut on the remote cable where it plugs into the amp. If u call Phoenix Gold they can probably email u the picture and directions of what u need to do to fix it.

Thank you! I was able to locate the tech doc on their site to see which cable to take out. Will give it a try.

Thanks again.
