First Post: Question for Chase @ Apex

Chase,

I just ordered a full Kooks header and exhaust system from you, for my SS. My question is this... How the hell did you guys get that delivered so fast!?!?! Seriously, do you have precogs working for you who knew I would be ordering, and you actually shipped these out before I placed the order?!?!

On a side/serious note, thank you very much for the great customer support. I went back and forth with Chase probably a dozen times asking questions, trying to figure out what I wanted, etc..., and he answered every email quickly, thoughtfully, and politely.

Now then, time to make an appointment with the guys at FSP to do the tune and install!!!

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

I am coming off a Jeep Patriot, previous to that I had an '01 Z/28 with an air lid and GMMG cat-back. I was active over on the LS1 and Camaro forums back then, but fell off when I moved into the Jeep. It served me well, but new job = big raise = bye bye Jeep!

By the way, is that the gatotsu your avatar is performing?

I can't give away all of our secrets but here is part of the explanation.

at my door so fast that I couldn't figure out what they were until I opened the box!!

Thank you for your order and be sure to let us know what you think once Matt and the guys get it installed. Be sure to tell them I said hi.

Chase, seems I am not alone in my assessment of your shipping speed! In a world where people have so many places they could give their business to, it is customer service and personality that makes the difference, both of which you guys... and Victoria... have!

I talked to Matt @ FSP today, and have scheduled a PTO day for this Friday so I could be at his shop!
