I know how you guys feel. Granted there weren't a lot of V6 cars racing but if I'd have know my little 6 banger with cold air and magna flows was gonna have to race a V6 with nitrous, I probly would have chose to run bracket day instead of heads up day ;-(

Granted, I'm a V6 with nitrous, but I understand your pain. It's not fair to have a car like your go up against a car like mine. That's how it was last year. I had a CAI and I was going up against a supercharged car. There's just not enough V6 cars to make a N/A class and a FI class

I would say, have a Dyno at next one, doesn't need to be free (maybe at a discount), most people wants to dyno their car anyways, even the show and shine ones. This way would be more evenly matched, V6 Nitrous or Turbo could run with a V8, and the 25HP gap would be a judgment call, say you made 385HP but have drag tires, you would go to the upper HP class and so forth.
Then do HP Classes. 300-375 400-475 500-575 600+

So I am confused... Exactly when was M6 street tire class run? I missed it again this year. I was led to believe all classes were going to be run on sat. Never heard a call for M6 street tire. This is why I asked for a specific schedule ahead of time. Never got a specific answer for M6 street tire.

ZL1 was same time as the M6 Street Tires, at least they had 3 or 4 left to run it.

Yeah I never heard them call for the NC class. Sure wish I could have heard better, the radio station they had didn't make it past 50' from the tower, if that... But I had fun and got to run down the strip on Friday about 5 times.

Not sure about the rest but I took 2nd in modified. No by runs, put in some work to get to the finals. Brandon with the green Joker car took first. We had a great race, 11.7 to a 11.4.. I took him on the tree and he pulled a car on me by the stripe. Was a great race and finish!! Total blast of a time!

My first race was very unfair. The rest took a bit of work, my car was loosing traction all weekend. Was hard to keep it together out of the hole, I spun hard 2 of the runs and had to back off and recover. No idea what was happening in the next lane but I kept winning .. can't wait for fall, my car was on kill mode in the heat.
