FINALLY found a set.

Ended up keeping my 2017 3.6L. So, first thing I started looking for is the OEM dark tail lamps and MAN these things are harder to find by the month. Found them on eBay, and so glad to get rid of my VLAND aftermarket ones.

Installed them on my lunch, lol.

Next is a Borla S Type exhaust quad system.

Looking good! Agreed that the OEM dark ones look better than any aftermarket ones.

Also, the shortage of availability is squarely on Arpad since he bought every set in the Western Hemisphere.

Looks great! When you upgrade your exhaust are you going to use the OEM quad tip diffuser or go with an aftermarket one?

For the diffuser, definitely OEM. Exhaust I’m looking Borla. I’m not a fan of the aftermarket diffuser designs.

Ahhh nice! The irony here is that I love the smoked tail on just about every car color......but on that blue? I dunno....almost like the contrast with the red. But can go wrong with smoked. Congrats on finding a set.

What are they up to now? When I was looking for a pair back in like 2020, I paid $400 for the 2 main lights and the 3rd brake light.

Since they are discontinued and hard to find you’re lucky to not spend 500 bucks. I paid 500 on eBay auction for them. Some people are paying nearly 800 bucks.

I bought my 2017 2LT RS a couple of years ago and according to the build, it was supposed to have the smoked tail lights. But it doesn't.

@ItsChristianInHD

Where do you live in Florida? And do you by any chance park outside and leave your car unlocked? (●'◡'●)
