Bad luck?

Got out of my car this morning after getting back from work and instantly notice this rock jammed in between the hood and the car. It was in there good.. couldn't get it out without lifting the hood. Left a good scratch on the side of the hood I hate the DC area... fix your roads!

Wow, that is bad luck. How noticeable is it without the rock?

I'm right in the Alexandria area. I try to take alternate routes but I can only do so much ha.

It's only noticeable if you are staring at the crack of the hood, otherwise it'll just be overlooked. Just makes me scared to drive the car, or wish I had a bra for it. But, I should be able to cover it up with some paint.

Yeah, like skipping across you hood and then smashing in to your windshield. Causing you to go off the road and total the car! See you got off lucky!

Just get a small pair of wire cutters or something similar and just carefully start snipping away at it. Sooner or later you'll have cut enough away that it'll just fall through.

True but everytime you cut, the rock would scrape up against the paint.

Crazy freakish how the littlest things bother you on these cars lol
