If you have headers, check for wire burns

Let's stick with the easy cost effective failure.
Don't start talking Injectors and broken valve springs...

Will dig into in the a.m. Stinking hot and humid. 90F over 100F with Humidity

So a little electrical tape then?

Didn't realize the plug was that close...I would have bought new wires awhile ago. That's insane.
The Black boot is all white where it was touching the header.

After removing all the covers....it looks pretty cool. I don't need all those plastic covers on the engine do I?

Pretty sure you missed the sarcasm. haha

I do think the engine looks a lot better with out the plastic covers and took all of mine off. With that being said, they use all of the covers as noise dampening not just looks. You will hear your injectors and pump a lot more then before. If that doesn't bother you then keep them off

Well, I think with my headers and Cam that will not be a concern.

...and with the covers off - if you can crank your head the right way, you can see the GPI engraving on the back of the heads.

Something like this?

https://www.holley.com/products/igni.../parts/561-102

MSD seems to be the go to kit.

What are people using ?

ACCEL Ceramic.
Again, does not say LT1

PerTronix???

TAYLOR

Any one will do?
