Powder Coating Review

Ok so here is what I got to say on the craigslist ad for $450 swap out the wheels with out waiting.

So its a pretty small shop and the guy is an older fella has been doing this for like 40 yrs. Cool guy friendly very calm personality and says he has been working on GM products his whole life for dealers and public.
He doesn't have a lift so he jacks up the car and does 2 wheels at a time.
So then I checked the wheels and they all had the stampings on the back so there not replicas.
Then i ask about the price again and he says 450 but $525 for the total
Even though the ad says $450 and everything included like balance and mounting so didnt get that lol dont know why I didnt ask why 525, thought tax or something but that doesnt make sense.
Well I drove out 1hr and just said go for it. He did the frist 2 wheels and mounted them back on and I noticed a small scratch and a little smudge, so I checked the other wheel and that one was ok. He did the other 2 and looked ok to just very minor blemishes like from the clamp when he mounts the tires while they spin.
All in all it looks like 5 million times better then my plasti dip fail which where peeling and looked brown from all the brake dust. But that was all my fault and 1st try and didnt want to take the time to do it again.

Is there anything I can use to get rid or make it looks less there?
The guy said i can use rubbing compound but that seems like it would mess up the finish and look all like a big blotch? any help would be cool but if not I still think it looks good LOVE it so shiny
