Offset Help with MRR

I've been asking questions and understanding about wheel setups but i'm getting mixed messages. I'm looking for a cold month set of tires as I live in Indiana and want to drive the car when the roads aren't covered in salt. I want to go with a square setup so I can rotate tires to get longer life out of this set. When doing my research i've learned about offset and hub bore size. I'd like to find something that that affects the car the least. I've decided to go with a 19x10 with a 285x35x19 tire most of what i've played with for not changing the look is a et30. However everything in that size i'll need a hub adapter and run a 7mm spacer upfront. Talking with MRR over email they said I should be able to go with the M716 in 19x10 with a et23 and be fine all the way around. I wouldn't need a spacer up front then however the rear would stick out .29" more.

Is anyone running a et23 on the rear and can speak to having an issue or not?

No issues with 285s on 20x10s et23 square 228 wheels in wider ZL1 fenders, but I do wish rears tucked in a bit more. If MRR had a 30 offset, that would have been more ideal for me.

I will be installing this setup on my 2017 SS this weekend. I purchased MRR 755 wheels in 19" silver with Michelin Pilot AS 3 tires using size 285/35R19. My hope is that they are relatively flush with the fenders. I will add photos of the car to the website after the new wheels/ tires are mounted.

You are over thinking this.
19x10 23mm is perfectly fine.

Stop reading the threads about track setups for racing.

Good choice to go with MRR

Just a little FYI, we do have CNC machines in which we can make the 19x10 23et into a 26et, max we can shave off the back pad on a pre drilled wheel is 3mm which is closer to 30et then a 23et is.

but will need to be done on a 4 wheels or else when rotating you will have the same issue, thats why everyone who is running square is simply using a 19x10 23et front and back with 285 tires. is perfect.

ones you change the rear off set it will no longer be rotatable unless you use spacers.
if your tracking the car or need certain specs for track then yes is needed but for a daily use and occasional track day your perfectly fine.
