Dealer Installed/Aftermarket Splash Guards?

I ordered a 2SS that has been built and hopefully will arrive soon. It occurs to me that I didn't even think about splash guards when I ordered it.

What good options are there for dealer installed and/or aftermarket splash guards? TIA.

There are other color options available.

I have a 2SS also and installed the 16-22 DELUXE ROCK GUARDS from ZL1addons. They were pretty easy to install and look good. I have Design Package 3 witch includes the 2nd gen grounds effects and it works with them also.

In my case, I had a set of ZL1 Add-Ons rock guards shipped to the dealer (GearheadSS, at Britain Chevrolet in Greenville, TX) ahead of time, and they installed them for a fee before I picked it up and drove the car back home.

I'd recommend doing the same if you are going to drive it a fair distance back home.

In my case, I believe it took about a week for the items to arrive at the dealer.

I recently installed Rokblokz splash guards, and these are the sturdiest, best looking mudflap type guards I've had, see my "mini-review" here: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showp...1&postcount=47

Before these I'd tried the GM factory guards and RPI premium mudflaps that are essentially the same as the ZL1 Addons version, the Rokblokz product is by far the best of these.

Some members went with the high end ACS Composite guards, they look very-very good, but aren't wide enough for more meaty tire/wheel combos and also pretty pricey: https://acscomposite.com/collections...int-protection

I have ACS Composite rock guards on my SS 1LE. The fit great and are larger than the OEM GM splash guards. With the 1LE having such wide tires the extra protection is needed. I installed them myself in the dealership parking lot before driving the car 225 miles home.

ZL1 add-on's... While install is generally fairly easy, I found their instructions to be incomplete and slightly confusing. Cleared it up here: https://youtu.be/CmEB_mNLHgM

If you ever plan to add side skirts the OEM splash guards will not fit on the front.

I opted for the OEM splash guards that are body color matched. They are mostly unnoticeable and provide pretty good coverage. With wide/sticky tires and aggressive body sculpting on these cars no rock guard is going to be 100% effective.

I don't have a good photo of them, unfortunately. I'll try to remember to take one later today and edit this post to give you an idea of how they look.
