Boost lvl for a 2650R / 90mm Pulley / OEM Lower / 103mm TB / 2" Longtubes
Just curious, what boost level are folks seeing with a 90mm pullied 2650R on an OEM lower pulley, Rotofab intake, 103mm TB, 103mm blower snout, 2" longtubes and all otherwise stock setup?

You have a cam. Technically you should be lower, unless 16psi is when its cold.

Cold weather 16.6 psi.

Looks like my buddy will be going with a 95 or 100mm pulley to keep it totally safe for fueling limits then. Thanks.

Stock 90mm is fine, he will be close/right at limits. If hes in an area that doesn't have 93 may need to reduce timing rather then otherwise. A 95mm will work too. A 100mm probably isn't worth putting on as you'll be losing 3-4psi of boost. I think i made like 660/665 or something on the 90mm @ 17degrees of timing up top.

I hit 13 psi with a 90mm upper, oem lower and stock tb, stock snout also 14 on 85mm with the same build, seems like i am very different than everyone else but its happening for me.

Stock lower should be at about 13-14 depending on elevation

That definitely isn’t right. You can see many posts from other tuners all over where the 90mm, stock lower are all hitting 16psi. (Sea level) my log as well.
