Hard wired radar detector...
And what a PAIN IN THE BUTT!!! Pins would not maintain consistent enough contact, so ended up cutting them off, stripping some of the tiny wiring and the stripping a small section in the car, and wiring it like that. Need to run get some liquid electrical tape to finish it, but it works reliably now.
Anyone considering this, I'd strongly recommend going with the Mirrortap brand vs. Invisicord because you have several pin options with the Mirrortap. I went went Invisicord because I have the Bluetooth dongle for the Valentine One and they make a cord with properly wired connections for both (only brand that does this). |

Just run it to under the cig lighter. Its not that hard of a job and you can use the remote button down near your leg. See my sig link for pics/how to.
