1979 Z/28 Convertible
Yea, I know it looks like an 80-81, but that's another story.. This is my 1979 ZRag.. I've had it for 13 years, bought it from a guy in Baton Rouge, Louisianna.. It is #37 out of 380 that were "produced" between 1979-1981.. Totally restored from the ground up, 350 Goodwrench, 700R4, with an 81 T/A 3:08 Posi, 4 wheel disc differential.. 130 MPH speedo, with an oil gauge in place of the clock.. Other than that "Bone" stock.. Used mostly for parades and car shows around Central Texas and Saturday night cruising with my car club buddies !!

Man that car looks great!!! I always thought the convertible conversions were really cool, also digging the yellow! I have a '74 myself, and my dad has a '72 chevelle convertible! That's one sweet ride, I'd love to have one just like it!
