My 2023 ZL1 vert is about 2 1/2 hours away from my dealer sitting at the GM Woodstock transfer depot in Ontario. Delivery to dealer was suppose to be Oct 18th. Has now been pushed to the 21st. Who knows how many times it will get rescheduled...

So close but so far away...

I've looked in the area as well without any luck. I hope it works out for you. I found an allocation in SE Ohio but it was an auto transmission. I ended up putting an order in with a dealer in SW Ohio that's supposed to get a lot of allocations.

Between those I called and talking with others around here that have bought, it’s really been a crapshoot. Everyone locally seems to have just given up on their order and taken whatever came in stock. I’m willing to wait it out, like you say with the dealer that “supposedly” gets a lot of allocations.

I figure if it’s spring and the order still hasn’t been picked up then I’ll call Criswell or one of the big dealers that can seemingly always get one.

So I ordered a 23' ZLE M6 about 2 months ago. Maybe some day I'll get an order confirmed. They do a lot of Corvettes but I think the 1LE and the manual are killing me potentially. I have to get my order number from them.

I placed my 1st order back in Late April. After waiting 2 months I realized Allocations would be difficult to get. So I placed orders with 2 other dealers in July hoping to get lucky. $500 deposit at each dealer and just waited for the first to get me allocation. Finally got allocation from one of the three in August and cancelled the other orders. After GM accepting my order it took around a month to get my TPW 10/24. Been sitting in 4300 status for about a week now. Crossing my fingers it gets built next week and hope to finally drive it 5-6 weeks from now. Been long time coming but well worth the almost 7 month wait. Im sure it will arrive just in time for a snow storm here in New York.

I started this thread 4/23 and found out today I have a TPW of 11/7. I know its subject to change but HELL YA i got an accepted order. Its been a nine month adventure so far.

Did you have any issues getting your money back on other orders? What reason did you give them for cancelling? Just curious as I did the same.

Wow I check in but didnt realize how many views.
So do I order skirts and rock guards now or wait until after financing. I want them on asap.

If you're for certain that you're getting a car one way or another, I'd go ahead and get them just to be prepared when you take delivery of the one on order, or if you happen to find one in transit.

I just ordered ACS Composite ZL1 side skirts, but didn't get the rock guards yet. I want them, but I'm having a hard time justifying spending $400 on 4 pieces of plastic.

Ya 400 is a bit much. I am also confused as you can get the guards in 1LE color and the skirts only come unpainted or gloss black. Also not crazy about spending 1200. lol
