I abandoned my 23 1SS 1LE order which was for dealer stock and cancelled my still-at-1100 2023 ZL1 because I found a local dealer with a 2019 ZL1 with 18,000km, snatched it up. Bought and sold by our dealer group and a local car so was a win win for me.

GM called/ Sent an email yesterday saying my 2023 2SS 1LE has a eta of 9/30. That seems a little ambitious for me given their current shipping issues. They did confirm with me that the car is “ready for final shipment” and is “awaiting the carrier.” Is anyone else in the same boat? Car is going to Houston, and as of yesterday was at the Lansing Vehicle Distribution Center.

my car left lansing and is now in Toledo. I don't believe my 9/26ETA will hold, unless trains are quicker than i think???

For reference, I've been tracking an order in VinView that left the rail yard in Charlotte, MI on 9/7. It's currently in Arkansas & the ETA is 9/21 to Texas. So about 2 weeks

Update: GM chat now tells me it is awaiting a shipping date. So yesterday there's an ETA, and today they don't know when it will ship. Granted that was this morning, is hopefully it was loaded and sent out this afternoon

GM chat is useless. They keep sending me the same message below even though my dealer has already provided me with a VIN #

We have located your order and can see that your order has been entered into the system and may not be accepted into production. We recommend that you contact your Dealership to discuss your order options.

The Chat person says they don’t have the same access to dealer information. Is this true ? As anyone experienced the same.

I ordered a 2023 2SS black with adrenaline red interior on May 3, 2022. Chevy kept telling me the order had not been picked up by GM yet. My dealer kept telling me it had and to be patient. Yesterday it was delivered to the dealer and today I signed my paperwork.

my salesman said it used 6 weeks and now he said its 90 days for a car
