Tyre pressures
Hey there,
I'm in the UK - I have a 2018 SS to which I've fitted a set of MRR Z28 replica 5th gen rims. They're gloss black & look good on the car. The front rubber is Pirelli P-Zero 285/35/20 and the rears are Michelin Pilot Sport 4s in 305/35/20. I don't track the car, road use only - anyone running this combo and if so what pressures are you running at? Local tyre dealer not Chevy-wise and I checked ZL1 specs but they seem low. Just wanted to be safe and comfortable. Thanks for any input. Ed

32 psi cold front and rear, I have the same setup sizewise.
Let me just put this out there, though: running different brand tires (with different compounds and tread patterns) on the car is not recommended even if you have the same tires on each axle. Best model year, congrats

Use 32psi and just your wear pattern and performance, adjust up or down if you think you need to but 32 cold should be a great spot.

Manual says 32psi cold. But a lot of variables. For me, since I do a lot of highway and street driving (100+ miles daily), first thing in the morning when it's cool and the cars been sitting all night, I set rear to 33psi and front to 35psi.
Keeps the wear pretty even and gives me good turn in at freeway speeds. Also netted 55,000 miles on my last set of tires with this. Heard once from a tire distributor that increasing tire pressure by 1psi over factory specs increases tire life.
