What does your Camaro weigh?

I was surprised to see the weight on my 2011 SS. I removed the feont and rear seats, seat belts, rear seat bracket, center console, rear side panels, everything from the trunk besides the battery. Rear curtain airbags, lots of interior plastics. Oil cooler, front swaybar, washer res, and some other little stuff.

I installed an Iron Dart block, a Supercharger kit, full exhaust. I think the bmr drag kit and anti roll bar and probably a wash with the stock stuff, and same for the strange front/rear coilovers. Smaller brakes in rear with 15s.

She’s still a heafty girl! This is with just over 1/2 tank of fuel and me (185#) standing on the front axle scale. (Had to press the button). So some of that weight, might shift rearward, but still counts in the total.

Cant ditch the AC yet...

What does yours weight?

Had mine weighed after a supercharger install and removal of factory exhaust system (replaced with long tubes and single hi-flow cats. Came in at 1799kg /3966 lbs not including me at a svelte 80kg / 176 lbs. Puts my car at just about 403hp/ton (which is far more important!)

Ok, so I guess it's fairly decent considering the iron block and sc weight. the zl1 diff should add some weight to the rear.

That's pretty good. What did you remove to get that light?

Thanks!
At the track I run open headers, 2" TSPs, so all the exhaust
Front crash bar
Skinnies up front
all 4 bias ply tires
passenger and rear seats out
front sway bar removed
wiper fluid reservoir removed
all the trunk lining and the stuff that comes in there
floor mats

When its time for new brakes I'll go Aerospace and that will shave some good rotational mass.
