I agree. Way smoother ride. I had to tell the people at the shop that realigned my car what indexing was. No one had ever heard of it. I also drove mine about 100 miles to let them settle in before getting it realigned.

You will love the VVT SS3! I have the Circle D 4c stall (3600-3800).

You can daily the SS3 for sure. You will not be happy if you settle for smaller then what you want.

this is my first LS v8 car ever. I've owned two v6 in before and you can't really do Jack squat to those, so I'm not really sure what I want. I don't track the car it literally takes me to and from work to and from the store to and from class and every now and then a show. I'm sitting right around 360 390 at the wheels. I'm hoping for some around 450 I just don't want to go to big and have to have this massive stall to where I can't drive it on the street without pretty much maxing out the RPMs

New brakes today, new rear tires tomorrow (had to order them). Heard a slight squeal from the front end yesterday, so I took it down to my local Big-O who have been doing all such work on my vehicles since I can no longer do so due to physical limitations. The front pads were shot, so I ran across the street and bought new pads for $60 (front and back) and had Big-O install them for $234; a little over $100 less then they were going to charge me if they provided the pads.

While they were working on it, I and one of the techs checked the wear on my tires and the rear were down to the tread marker (just about bald), which I already knew. So I'm having them replaced with Nitto NT555 G2's. The front are Nitto Motivo's and still have a lot of tread left, but will be replaced with the G2's when the time comes.

It also depends on the cam brand, my BTR stage 2 is pretty aggressive for a stage 2 and been happy with it so far even with the stock torque converter.

You can def daily the ss3 - circle d stall combo. Just have Ryan at GPI tune it for you.

I don't have experience with this, but my understanding is that the level of driveability of a cammed and stalled car really comes down to the tune itself, within reason.

Ill keep using the 555 g2s til my fronts need replacing. Good tire for NA cars on the street
