From the Adam's Detail Studio: C7 in Lime Rock Green
We had the pleasure of having a C7 in the Studio recently, and our man Chris "Mook" Gargano did a New Car Prep on it. I'll share a few before/after pictures with you here, but you can find the entire write up over on our forums here:

I've been reading about what waxes to use on my Torch Red Z51. There are as many opinions as there are wax manufacturers. One that caught my eye is Zaino. In the 9 weeks since I took delivery I've washed it several times. However, I noticed some swirl marks and or scratches. I washed it with Dawn dishwashing soap to take the old wax off and proceeded to put 3 coats of Z5 and in between the 3 coats I used Z6. I've used many waxes but this is a great product, no swirl marks and the finish looks wet. I've found the product I was searching for, this stuff is great!

To get rid of them, you need to polish them and actually level the clear coat out, on a microscopic level. Applying something that hides them is only a temporary fix, albeit a good looking one. |

I saw one of these in a showroom last week when the camaro was getting a new blower motor. Have to say the color and interior was beautiful. The wheels are awesome as well. Nice combo

Bought all the Adams products today (Adams Detail Clinic at Corvette Mikes, New England) that I'll need to do this to my LRG Stingray! I have a friend who has a car lift and can't wait to get his buffer all over my car. Just need a nice day to get it done!

Nick,
I see that y'all are going to be in Baytown, Texas for an event around the 1st of May. Can you give details? Where? When? I'd like to come out and visit. Sid |
