So let's say the new valve springs on the two cylinders (6 & 8) fix my motor and it runs normally after this. Should I replace all of the valve springs on the remaining cylinders with brand new ones?

I'm not sure of your mods... but I would. If those two springs took enough of a beating that they failed... the others might not be far behind. If they are structurally weak, the others produced in that batch might be as well. Give yourself the best possible chance of success, I say.

Yeah shouldn't be too bad that all. Definitely going to get one of those valve spring tools instead of smacking the valves with a hammer and a socket lol
