First trip to the Glen was pretty damn good, Chin puts on a good event! This laps was pretty good though the GT3 RS made me take a compromised line into the Bus Stop which definitely cost me a bit of time, still this was my closest thing to a traffic free lap. Provoste, feedback please! As you can see I'm on a pretty much identical setup to you (just less camber), still I'm pretty happy with 2 seconds off your time after only about 2hrs of seat time here!

Track= Watkins Glen International
Elapsed Time= 2:.12.83
Camaro Model = SS 1LE
Date= 07/04/2019
Tires= 305/30/19 Hankook RS4s
Mods= DTC 06s | SRF Fluid | Track Alignment | Cat-back Exhaust

Badass! Great lap, very consistent. Congrats on WOT through the upper esses, that summoned serious balls first time I did it.

As for feedback, I'd say the two consistent points are that you can compress your braking zones a bit, and you can roll into the throttle a bit earlier in most corners. I agree, the inside line into the bus-stop cost you some time. I use a TON of curbing on entry and exit in the bus-stop, our cars just soak it up. You carry great speed through the last left-hander and onto the pit straight. Again, a very clean fast lap. I can't wait to get back to WGI, such an epic track such a cool town as well.

Yea it took me a few sessions to work up the courage to stay in it 100% from the apex of T2 on haha but man there's a TON of grip there so if your line is good it just STICKS!

Appreciate the feedback! I could tell from comparing your fast lap on the RS4s to mine that you were definitely going a bit deeper in the braking zones and you were faster through the Bus Stop, I guess I will just have to be more aggressive on the curbs! It took me a while to figure out turn 10 but once I decided to give it a dab of brake instead of just lifting there it turned in much better with the added weight transfer and I picked up a good bit of mph through there, I love that turn though!

Again thanks for the feedback! And I'm going to try to make it back for Chin's Labor Day event there in September, let me know if you can make it I'd love to chase you around there for a session or two haha

First track day of the season (bloody finally!)
New PB and less than .2 off the Ontario Time Trial record the best i can tell. Chasing an AMG GT-R (yep the big Benz dog) added some motivation

Can't wait for them to add in the LONGEST STRAIGHTAWAY IN ALL of NORTH AMERICA by 2021, apparently lap times will be between 4 minutes and 5 minutes, they will be nick naming it the Nuremberg of North America, but for now it's small and technical.

Adrian Horne (a former F1 back up car driver and lead instructor here) said he's driven over 100 circuits in Europe and says this is in the top 3 for technical/difficulty compared to all of them.
