New bed- Beautyrest black Kate

So my wife has been having back pain for the last couple months and we think it may be the bed causing the issue, bought a posturepedic pillow top about 4 years ago so I'm slightly opposed to a new bed but you know the saying "happy wife happy life". So we tried out a few and just bought a Simmons beautyrest Kate. Anyone have this bed? It's VERY VERY soft with a thick pillow top just wondering how well it will holdup because it seems to have many many different layers of springs and foam
