Is my Xbox one disc damaged?
To make a long story short... I'm away from home, have no internet connection, and just bought mortal kombat on Xbox one. I'm trying to install it but it continues to say instal stopped and will not even bring up a progress bar. After studying the disc something looks off. All my other discs are completely mirrored this one has that rainbow effect on it... Is this supposed to be like this

It does not look normal.. its looks like the disc was damaged some how.

hold the power button for a few seconds, turn and back on, and try to install. My brothers took a few tries to install
