I can't remember now what side it was(I believe the west) but I was out there two years ago on the side that had the sky walk. DO NOT take anything you value out there. Even on the tours from vegas they stop and switch to old shit buses because the roads are so bad they don't want to #uck up the ones that are nice. Your paint and suspension will be gone by the time you get back from there.

How was the actual view from west entrance (which is where you were if you hit the rough roads)?? We rented a car but now I'm hearing that the west entrance really isn't anything special we may just plan a second trip to south entrance later in the year
