A bunch of vendor threads are locked and unreadable all of a sudden

I was trying to search some threads for FF01 wheels and a ton of the threads in the vendor section are locked and you can't read them.

This is normal. Whenever a vendor doesn't pay their subscription fees, they are no longer allowed to sale stuff on this site and as such all of their threads in the vendor section become locked until they pay.

Issue is, we're currently all paid up so I'm not sure what the problem is.
