Although, I have no horse in the race, the drive is the drive. Make it or don't.
The cool part about that is the same company that owns the Holiday Inn in Bowling Green owns hotels in KC (and a golf course). I used to work for them.

BG cant be beat. Besides, no matter where its at it will be a trek for some people and just down the road for others. Keep it in the same spot at the same date and leave it be.

Understand - it’s a bit of a drive however, I do like the road trip and that is part of the fun for me.

We do have Eagles Canyon or Cresson for the road course, Denton has drags so that could work.

BG has so much experience in these events, NCM IS a premier track, and it is a great place for the event. I personally like BG as the home of CamaroFest, hope it stays there as I can plan that from now on...

I will be back next year if it's in BG or south towards Atlanta or East towards Charlotte.

There has to be an enormous amount of work involved in organizing an event like Camaro Fest. By staying in Bowling Green, the organizers don't have to reinvent everything each year. They can leverage their existing contacts and use the time savings to focus on expanding and improving the event.

At least we can make it in one day from deep in Texas. Couple years ago I looked hard around Enis and Cresson. Hotel just wasn't playing nice

Yes, most have permanent homes for a lot of good reasons.

^^^ exactly. And every single piece is there. No matter where you go something will be missing. We focused hard on autox this year and parking lot with food etc. Next year it will be drag racing after an 80% increase in racers and Car show. I promise it will improve if we stay in one spot.

Bowling green is a great location for sure. The track day is a big part of the event for me and I would definitely like to make a few more trips to NCM. Unfortunately there are other tracks calling my name as well and with limited vacation time I couldn't make it this year. Hopefully I can return at least every few years because it is always a blast.

Hoping for a west coast one.. If not I'll just stick to the Sturgis Camaro Rally.
