There is an adjustment setting where the auto memory seat and steering wheel and outside mirror can be adjusted to return to driving position AFTER the ignition is turned on. I was frustrated for a while with this also.

The fuse pull is 41 and 32 it is in the fuse chart

What a great trip for the two of you. Want to bust my 17 year old out of school for a road trip. Ours is on a slow train to Cali. Good luck!
