You may or may not need rotors. You need to check them or have them checked. Stock pads are best for everyday. They may squeal some but i'd rather have better braking power than no squeal low dust pads such as ceramic.

I'd have the rotors measured to see if they have enough thickness to be resurfaced. If they do, I would resurface them to provide a new, clean surface for your new pads. It's a small extra expense with good benefits. Pads can be changed w/o resurfacing, but I believe you get better results with a new surface, whether that's a new rotor or a resurfaced one.

Check you rotors too. My rotors were extremely close to the throw away thickness. I replaced all pads and rotors at 37k.
