I have no idea where it took place. But, it's definately not sitting well with people saying it's racism. Sometimes we get officers abuse there power and this could very well be one of those incidents.

If you resist arrest, even if the arrest is unconstitutional, you can still be charged with the crime of actually resisting arrest.

You guys are just assuming this guy was a cop because he said he was a cop. He doesn't even look like a security guard.

I can't stand seeing crap like this. I thought the guy with the ice tea handled himself well. I would've lost it and pulled a Reese Witherspoon. Remarkable restraint. Not sure what the officer was thinking.

First thing If he was cop he was wrong. We did not see the first park. If he got out of that car with open ice tea it may contain alcohol. We used to that pour the alcohol into pop bottles.
