Pro/Con for aftermarket sunroof?

So what are the pro/cons to getting an aftermarket sunroof? I have a dealer who installs Webasto sunroofs and quoted me pricing of $1025 and $925 (5300/4300 models) and am considering getting one installed in my '11 LS. I had a sunroof in my Explorer and didnt think I'd miss it as much as I do now that I dont have one. I think either way I go these are greta prices as these are the installed prices so they both include the price of the sunroof too. Here is a video of the sunroof in action:

Im just wondering is theres any problems that may arise with cutting into the roof like this to install the sunroof. These come with lifetime warranties too.

The cons I hear about from my friend who owns a company that does custom sunroofs?

Wind noise. Notice how the roof isn't flat, it's got that dip in the middle? You're going to get wind noise with the aftermarket sunroof.

I've had one in every vehicle I've owned and I want it in my new RS, but I'm not going to sacrifice my quiet ride for it I don't think. I flip flop back and forth though...

Not flat, as in the ditch on top like the pic, only comes flat with the sunroof....

Had 2 sunroofs installed on previous cars... both had leak problems. I've heard it's pretty common to have leaks on aftermarket sunroofs. The roof on the Camaro is not flat... you'll have some issues.

The sunroof seems really cool. Love the auto-close feature. The music has to go, though.

I think it really depends on how well it's installed, I had a couple installed and no issues. It does look nice though.
