The photos of the U.S. spec version looks to be pretty much the same thing, but maybe Ford will have some changes up it's sleeve for the design.
Whoops. Guess I didnt read. The front end looks so much like the Maverick I guess I confused myself.

Ordering my 2023 Colorado this week. Still undecided whether I'm going Trail Boss or Z71 but I'm leaning towards Z71 because I don't want to deal with the halogen headlights and base interior of the Trail Boss.

Still undecided on color too!

Nice! I think the red looks so good in pictures. Would've been my second choice after yellow.

Well...I think the answer to that is a Z71 with a minor lift (isn't there a lift option from Chevrolet for the Z71?) and slightly more aggressive aftermarket wheels and tires. Now you have a Trail Boss like Z71. I think that would look really good.

The red is good. I like it also. Surprised there is no red hot though.

You'll be lucky to get anything but white/black/gray nowadays.

Hey, at least the grey is a little metallic.

Tacoma hybrid confirmed.

I'm still going back and forth on which trim to order. I really love the look of the Trail Boss but I want LED headlights, fog lights and better interior. The price difference between my builds is around $1,500 which isn't a lot really. I don't want leather so I'm giving up some things with the Z71 that I can get in the Trail Boss like surround vision and adaptive cruise. Decisions......

That said, I'm a bit jealous the mid-size GM trucks don't offer a hybrid, but I never expected it either.

I'm real curious to see this new Tacoma.

Yeah...GM didn't make it easy when choosing trims on the new Colorado and Canyon. It kind of sucks in some ways.

The Trail Boss should absolutely be available with a better interior and LEDs. Maybe that would encroach too much on the ZR2, but who cares. To me, it just sounds like they could make more money by offering higher trims on the Trail Boss.

Actually , a "Trail Boss" package on the LT or the Z71 would have made much more sense.

For sure. I'd 100% get a Trail Boss if all it had was an interior closer to Z71. I can live with halogens as there are decent led replacement bulbs available. That WT interior kills me though and that's why I've decided to go Z71.

Well, and it's a reflector housing it looks like, so even adding LED bulbs probably isn't a good idea (versus a projector w/halogens).

It seems this is an intentional move by GM to push you into higher trims. By the time you get everything you want, you're up to a AT4 or a ZR2 and spending 50k on a midsize truck. I guess it's smart.

I wouldn't get a Tacoma just for non remote start unless you pay a subscription after the trial period. Also it shuts the truck off once you open the door.
