To be honest I could care less, but since you are asking then IMO her dad splurges on her. Not necessarily right or wrong as long as it was a legal transaction. The wealthy have their own code of ethics so why should anyone care.

You can rent them up here for $500 to $700 per day on some goofy private rental app.

Read the fine print before you do it as you can lose your $5000. to $7500. deposit by getting a speeding ticket or exceeding what ever speed they think is unreasonable.
