Makes no sense to me to end this. First they go from supplier to a straight $750. Then a few months later they take that off the table all together. Why take away things that promote good sales when your sales are good. Keep them in place, and keep the cash flowing in, and give potential customers yet another reason to buy.

I have a glimmer of hope. I just re-read the Program Rules on the GM website. The rules state; "The Credit Union Member Program from General Motors (The Program) provides eligible Participants (Participant) who have obtained an authorization number through July 14, 2015, with the opportunity to purchase/lease eligible, new or unused vehicles at The Program price at a participating dealer. Eligible Participants who obtained an authorization number from July 15, 2015, through September 30, 2015, receive $750 off the purchase/lease of an eligible, new or unused vehicle." It does not say I have to take delivery by September 30th.

I believe that was for the supplier pricing which for you should still be good. The $750 Private Offer replaced that. I should note the CUs believe they will be able to do the $750 Private Offer in the future, just not sure when.

I have not yet obtained an authorization code, but I believe I could do that through the mygmdiscount website. If I get one before Sept 30, that still seems to adhere to the rules posted.

OK...now thinking it might be a no go.

I signed up to obtain a number and got this:

Eligible credit union members can save $750 off the purchase or lease of an eligible, new 2015 or 2014 Chevrolet, Buick or GMC vehicle by obtaining an authorization number through September 30, 2015. To get yours, select "Program" from the top, choose "Credit Union Member Program from GM," then "Obtain Authorization," and follow the prompts. Take this number and a 2015 credit union statement showing proof of membership for at least 60 days to a participating GM Dealer when you are ready to purchase or lease.

If that's the case, then nope.
