APPS TO AVOID SPEEDING TICKETS/ACCIDENTS
Hi there everyone;
Recently I went to NJ to get my Stingray and I drove all the way back (got a $5K discount below the MSRP from Kerbeck) and on my trip I used an app called WAZE. It's a navigator on the phone that will give you alerts from others drivers (Speeding traps, accidents, light cameras, cars stopped on the shoulders...) Was really helpful since you will know in advance what's going on and..... FREE. If you know of app as this one, please share. I would like to try more of them. Thanks Last edited by I-VETTE; 08-11-2014 at 06:19 AM. Reason: additional info |

PhantomAlert.com or Phantom Alert at Google Play is a user database that you can download to your phone or GPS that has locations of speed cameras, speed traps, stop light cameras, etc.
Been using it since '09 and it's GREAT! Especially since users can add cameras, radar traps, etc they've found. You can also set the alerts to notify you from customizable distances from these "threats". Since it's not a radar/lazer jammer/detector, it is LEGAL in ALL 50 states!

Trapster can be good too... Had some bugs last time I really used it, but the concept is solid, and the execution is most of the way there.
