Why do the wheels pictured on their website have such a bigger lip then these?

i agree, looks like bait and switch to me, they get you thinking you will get big lips when you look at their site, and then all you end up with is 1.5"

The RJT Camaro on their website has the "x-lip" option, which offers a 3.5"/4.5" lip. The wheels on my Camaro are "concave". The reason the lip isn't as big is because the wheel is concave and the spokes have to clear the Brembo calipers. That only gives you so much room to play with on the lip.

D2 is a 3-piece forged wheel construction. Not the typical Chinese cast aluminum crap that most people are accustomed to looking at. With the multi-piece construction, each wheel is built specifically for your vehicle. Some vehicles can utilize a deeper lip than others, simply due to backspacing/offset and brake caliper clearances. Always ask questions about lip sizes before buying, don't just go based on a photo. Unless it is photo shown on a 2010 Camaro that is actual (not photoshop).
