Anybody try P zero trofeo r
Just thinking of a set of track tires when I buy rims in a few months and was wondering if anybody has ran these before. They are more expensive than the Nitto's and Toyo but if they are worth it, I would spend it.

Not yet...but these are expensive and won't last long...I kill 200 treadwear tires in 3-4 events, can only image how fast 60 treadwear tires will go away...

I dont think they would last but a few track days but if they are better at shaving off time than Nitto's I would try them at least once. I am nothing special but I enjoy it.

I agree with you, trying some stickier tires on the track would be fun to see how much you could improve lap times....

They are great on a lighter 911, but I think the weight of a Camaro would only eat them up before you can get the full benefit of the tires.
Depending on the type of racing you are doing, they may not be allowed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They will probably stick like glue which means you're going to push them even harder because you can, which means they'll probably last the weekend if you drive both days on a weekend HPDE event. Depending on how hard you drive they may wear out the first day. The problem with this is.... they run around $2,500 a set so that makes for an expensive weekend.
If you go with 19" wheels instead of 20" then prices drop a little but the wear factor is the same. As an alternate you could go with a Bridgestone RE-11 which run about $300 each in a 275/30-19 and they have a 200 tire wear rating so they'll last more than a weekend.

Any updates on if any one has run these & verified the tire life?
Thinking of selling my 7 wheels & 10 GY F1 supercars & get some 19" forgelines & these tires
