Recalibrating speedometer

Hi guys,

My Speedo on my 2011 ss is reading well off and I need to recalibrate it.

Before I brought it it was on 22” wheels but I’m not sure the tyre size. It now reads 113km when sitting at 100 so am thinking it’s been recalibrated for the 22” wheels but it’s now on factory size.

What’s a scan tool that will allow this change? Not wanting anything too flash as it’s already getting a dyno tune in a week so won’t be used for tuning.

Thanks

Your tuner will be able to address the issue during the tune

I would try disconnecting the battery completely for about 30 mins.

Disconnecting the battery won't change the tune...

Call your local GM dealer, set an appointment to have them flash the speedo.
