Tested against the 4" Spectre

PRC 260 heads
243/255-111 cam
Edelbrock ProFlo manifold

Is that intake for sale? Never heard of it.

Plus those are nice numbers for a NA build. I want to get too 500 rwhp NA one day.

If it had a lock up converter or was still a manual I figure it would be 525-550rwhp.

Nice numbers Bo!! I'm also looking for a bigger diameter intake tube for my new 103mm Nick Williams TB so it will have more air flow to it. Looking also to get as close to 500rwhp NA'd as possible. At 475 now..

I'm having to put a honeycomb air straightener in the tube to help with the MAF signal stabilization. With the tube being so big the airflow is slow and unstable at low rpm. Other than that I love it. It rips and I can tell SOP feel.

Bo, did you have the pro flo ported to 102 or do they sell one out of the box with a 102mm opening?

As of the last I heard they do not offer one opened up to a 102. I ported mine. All the tests I've seen the manifold is out of the box with no opening of the entrance.

Yea, if they do sell one, I cant find it. Just curious, when you opened it up to 102, was there a lot of material to get through? I mean, how deep/far inside the intake did you have to go?

I'm about to buy one and I'm curious if the step up to 103mm would be worth the hassle and cost of a NW103.

Any pics of before and after?
