I strongly recommend Coulter in Tempe for Cadillac. Earnhardt is garbage from sales through service at that location, absolute trash.

Coulter, on the other hand, has sent people out to my house to replace parts at no charge... so there is that.

It's sad that some dealerships just can't get on the right page when it comes to this oil. We currently have about 12 cases of this oil back in parts.

Your dealer is full of it. I had mine changed at 1500 miles as soon as I was done with my break-in mileage.

FREE Oil change is not contingent upon the number of miles driven.

About 3K miles. Mobil 1. Changed eLsD fluid at same time. They only charged for that fluid. No labor and even said I could have brought my own in. Watson Chevy in Tucson. You get two free with recommended oil no matter hen you want.
