i have a question guys

i saw my friend camaro it was 2ss 2017 not fifty edition
but, we notice it has fifty embelm on da steering wheel and a little stitches on da dash, no rims or splitter!!!!

is it right ? conside fifty edtion?

If the car doesn't come with the H50 package, it's not a 50th Anniversary.

All 2017 come with the trim piece on wheel. But like Heath said, only those with the H50 package are the special edition.

Omen, you have a 2017. Did yours come with the Fifty emblem on the steering wheel, or is that another difference for the export models?

Found another person in Connecticut who is selling a normal illuminated sill set on Ebay. I asked if they could send me a picture of the front of the bag. Lo and behold it had exactly what I was looking for. P/N 84126128 for just the wiring harness.

My luck ended when I looked for the part online though. I thought the Fifty parts were hard to find, but they at least had a page under a different alias. There isn't a thing for this. Matt at TCPG said they show up in inventory at a Michigan warehouse, but there is no price associated with it, therefore no way to pull it. We have a case open to figure out how someone can grab it.

I figured it must be available by itself in case a customer fried their original and had to replace it under warranty.

Thanks guys. The force necessary to remove the fabric from the plastic to change the thread color on this Fifty dash is crazy. Every square inch is adhesive. I have a blister the size of a quarter on my thumb.

yeah they use spray glue. try to heat it up with a heat gun. maybe it goes a bit better.
