Didn't end up going to the South Georgia Motorsports Park and Pony Wars because of weather. Going on the "Spring Blooms Tour" with the bangshift gang that I know from Hot Rod Power Tour instead. We'll be cutting through the Smokies and staying at Gearhead Inn last weekend of April. Fun group.

Sounds like a fun event.

Terrible day at work today. I can't get inspired to post up a music video, so I will just enjoy yours.

It was a boring work day. Meeting this morning, paperwork most of the day & one intense client session at the end of the day. Traffic was a nightmare & I got home late. It was a beautiful day though. I did manage to go out for a walk midday for about 25 min. I drove home windows down in temps between 75 & 80.

C5 must have been down part of the morning as I could not get anything to post & kept getting "page not found" messages. I was really going to play a good April Fool's day joke but i guess that was my sign not to. I had a slow day scheduled but someone called in sick & I am doing some of her case openings so it is now busy. I just have a few min to eat before another one is supposed to be here. Hope everyone is having a good day & have not had any really mean April Fool's jokes played on you. Happy April Fool's day crew!

Well, one of the Philly radio stations that play a "Fab Four at four", meaning three songs by the Beatles at that particular time - played three songs by the Four Seasons instead . . . and aired a couple of the incoming complaint calls (and reminding the caller what day it was). Pretty funny, actually.

Just finished with my work. I'm getting sick. I have felt a sore throat coming on since this morning. Getting worse now. My teeth even hurt & I'm starting to cough & feel generally yucky. Better take some meds & get my butt in the bed. Sweet dreams all.

Today was my wife's birthday. She had plans today that were scrubbed because of the windy weather. Her favorite birthday restaurant is Carabbas, so we ate there tonight.

Looks like they will be digging the hole for our pool tomorrow. Here we go with the contractors.

Hope all goes well with the pool construction Rick. That is exciting.

My throat is still sore, nose a little stuffy & voice getting horse but not a lot worse so I guess I'm off to work. I am taking some Echinacea tea to make for myself to sip on through the day. I hope I don't lose my voice. That makes it pretty hard to do my job. Coffee is really feeling good though. Have a good day crew.

I think some of these colds are pollen related..........it's spring now and we have blooms and buds! Love the green and flowers but hate the pollen!

You guys are welcome to come, but we've already hit a delay. They dug about 4 feet down and hit rock! In AZ, this is known as a hard dig. So they packed up their bobcat and left. Guess they have to bring heavier duty equipment to break up the rock and continue digging.

My dad used to tell us to put whiskey on a sore tooth. Probably is the reason that whiskey is my favorite alcoholic beverage to this day LOL. One more day of work this week then off on Friday to go to Cleveland for the Indians home opener. We are staying overnight as I have tickets for the Saturday afternoon game as part of my season ticket package. Though about taking the Camaro but the weather looks iffy so I think I take the Silverado instead.
