Arrow Building a 1,000+ whp Camaro SS

This beautiful 2018 Camaro SS 1LE (2,000 miles on it) came into our shop wanting to make 1,000 whp.



The Mod list.

- 2” ARH Long Tube Headers w/ 3” Off-Road X-Pipe

- F1A-94 Procharger Supercharger System

- RPM Custom Camshaft Package (Includes - RPM Custom Spec’d Comp Cam w/ Increased Fuel Flow Lobe, Brian Tooley Racing Dual Valve Spring Kit, Brian Tooley Racing 3/8" Hardened Pushrods, ARP Head Stud Kit, Katech C5R Timing Chain, GM LS7 Lifters w/ GM Lifter Trays, GM MLS Cylinder Head Gaskets, Katech Valley Cover, Comp Phaser Limiter, GM VVT Cam Bolt, BTR 160* Thermostat, GM Crank Bolt, GM RTV Sealant, Mobil 1 Oil & Filter Change and NGK Spark Plugs

- Katech Performance Valve Covers w/ Race Proven Motorsports Inserts

- RPM Meth System, Stainless Steel Lines, Standard Trunk Mounted Tank, Dual Nozzles, Snow Solenoid and AEM Controller

- Race Proven Motorsports Custom External Low-Side Fuel System w/ Flex Fuel. LT4 High Side pump and LT4 Injectors.

- MSD Atomic Intake Manifold

- Monster LT1-S Clutch


So like any car that comes through are shop we got it strapped down on the dyno to get some baseline numbers.



Then came time for the build.



Our guys made quick work removing the engine and trans.

We then removed the weakest link... the rods and pistons






Measuring and cutting rings, labeling and staying organized.








New bearings as well.


Drop in pistons going in




New Monster LT1-S Triple disc on as well as the stock heads (upgraded valve springs and pushrods)

This car is Beautiful < I watched the build and love the work Matt did. From one Matt to another I want him to do my work some day.. Hope to see you guys at ls fest or camaro fest.. Keep up the great work..Thanks for listing all the parts and work done..

Everything we build we always built to be beat on with no worries. So this setup would be perfectly fine in any conditions honestly.
